# BidEngine documentation

> Roof measurement reports for contractors, delivered in about 30 minutes by people who know roofs.

BidEngine gives roofing contractors a measured roof report fast enough to use while the conversation is still warm. You submit a property address, a real estimator measures the roof, and a report comes back ready to bid from.
